After thinking home ownership was for married couples with kids, and that real estate investing was for millionaires, I had shied away from buying a property even after having the down payment to do it.

I was afraid, and quite simply felt too young and inexperienced to pull the trigger.

But I did my research and learned the skills I needed to buy an investment property that would make rental income each month, giving me more flexibility in my life.

And I think you can do it, too.

I’m under 30 and own multiple rental properties.
